Are you sure the installed state has precedence over the last user choice? I
don't think so, I even dispelled librsvg2 then recast vlc and librsvg2
remained an enabled optional, getting queued later on.
If I misread it and you were speaking hipothetically about the future
solution, then what about the problem I mentioned in my mail?
