Hi
I was wondering if we could use a wiki page for our everyday development
policies like when to add an entry to the changelog, or what to do with a
reported bug when it's fixed.
The reason for having a wiki page like this is because it's hard to know how
things work when you're a new developer.
I wanted a few opinions on this before I start writing.
