A friend of mine (you might recognize him as dren on #sourcemage) has a brand
new MacBook. He just tried booting the latest SMGL iso, and got to the point
where he could already experience the beauty of dialog menus. Who in his
right mind would ever go back to crummy old OS X after that? Who would have
it in him to turn back from those pearly gates?

Unfortunately he had to, because everything he typed was doubled. Typing ls
resulted in 'llss', and pressing backspace left 'll' on screen. It would've
probably been unwise for him to proceed like that.

But although I'm sure your hearts must be filled with sorrow because dren was
refused access to the Promised Land, this is also a good sign. Perhaps soon
the fancy new MacBooks can be forged into ordinary, insanely high-priced
laptops running Source Mage. Nnooww,, iiff oonnllyy wwee ccoouulldd

Last I recall this bug /was/ fixed on the PPC ISOs. Please file a bug and/or resurrect the old one, if applicable.
