To best transition to a new voting policy in the most correct manner we
will extend the Team Lead Voting Process[0] to this vote (I will start a
new vote including the rules and close the old vote) so that we can
guarantee that the majority of developers are in favor of it outside of
assume silence is equal to acceptance. ;)
