I'm strongly in favour of such a renaming, almost for library bindings.
I think this is much clearer and that can also prevent conflict names
when we add new spells. For example, when I created the spell for
gstreamer bindings, that was obvious for me to call it perl-gstreamer to
distinguish it from the gstreamer spell. For all API bindings in perl we
have this problem anyway, so this is better imho to have a true rule for
that. See for example the spell gtk+ and gtk. The first is the C
library, and the second the perl bindings. I really don't find this very
intuitive... ;-) For GTK+2, this is better : gtk+2 for the real library,
and perl-gtk2 for the perl bindings... Doesn't it look better ? :)
