>From a different perspective relying on a depends of another depends for
something directly used can cause bugs to crop up you werent expecting,
specifically if the spell in the middle changes.

In the interim, the abi changing spells could march through all the
binaries/libraries on the system and see which ones link against it, then
track down the owning spells and generate the triggers that way. Thats
a lot slower and less elegant though, it would however work very accurately.
