I compiled it and it left off the kbd_drv.o and the keyboard_drv.0 modules in the /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/input directory.  I recompiled it from cli and it worked.  The first time I compiled it with xorg/kde running.  Not sure if that is what did it or not.

So I got it to compile, but now it says that pex, freetype, and
the keyboard modules all fail to load.

Recompile glibc-kernel-headers apparently they were changed about a week
ago. I had the same error.

I'm not going to file this as a bug yet since no one else has reported it,
but i get this:

In file included from ../../../../../../extras/drm/shared/drm.h:41,
                from
../../../../../../programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/os-support/xf86drm.h:39,
                from sigio.c:60:
/usr/include/linux/config.h:1:2: #error "Compilation aborted. Please read
the FAQ for linux-libc-headers package."
/usr/include/linux/config.h:2:2: #error "(can be found at
http://ep09.pld-linux.org/~mmazur/linux-libc-headers/doc/)"
make[8]: *** [sigio.o] Error 1
make[8]: Leaving directory
`/usr/src/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/os-support/linux'
make[7]: *** [linux] Error 2

Now I told it to compile without dri/drm support (I use the nvidia
drivers). And I have the glibc-kernel-headers installed.
