I know there are people on this list who have SATA drives, but has anyone
installed Source Mage to a new, unformatted, unpartitioned SATA drive w/o
using a PATA drive as a crutch?

Here's what I've done so far: during the boot of the ISO, the drive is
recognized and placed at /dev/hde. The load modules option does nothing, so
I go to the shell option and manually load fist the sata_via module, then
when that doesn't fix it, all the sata_* modules (just in case). fdisk,
cfdisk and parted refuse to operate on the drive. I'm thinking that the
drive should be showing up as something like /dev/sd*, but there's nothing
there. What am I missing or doing wrong?
