I know it but by default it is off. :-((

I remember some older install ISOs used tmpfs for tmp.
This feature was changed on newer ones.
You can set it manually but for our novices it may be problem.
They certainly do not know what is it tmpfs.

Of course I do not want to remove all old kernels.
I only want to help our beginners who for example choosed some PRE version of
Linux kernel during the installation.
They certainly do not need all PRE versions form 2.4.22 to 2.4.25.

Recently my friend asked me why SMGL is so disk space demanding.
After I show him what to remove (/tmp/, /usr/src and "very old" kernels) he
was
satisfied.
He only wants to "cast and dispel", he is not interested in tmpfs.
