Yes this happened to me the last time I updated httpd-dev. I have also
had a lot of the files from init.d in the init.d spell disappear on an
update and I had to put them back in by hand to get the system usable
again.

Files that I had go missing on an update...

>From httpd-dev spell
apache.conf

>From init.d spell
hostname.sh
keymap.conf
shutdown.conf
smgl-default-remote-fs
mountall.sh

Also put this in the bug as well.
