I upgraded postfix from 2.0.11 to 2.0.13 a couple of days ago, and since
then my mail has been sporadically bouncing.
In the logs I get:
Jan 15 18:28:11 kallisti postfix/local[21030]: 3B3201215D:
to=<robin AT kallisti.2y.net>, relay=local, delay=51, status=bounced (can't
create user output file. Command output: procmail: Extraneous locallockfile
ignored procmail: Error while writing to "/var/spool/mail/robin" )
or:
Jan 16 17:52:24 kallisti postfix/local[2774]: 6731E11FF7:
to=<robin AT kallisti.2y.net>, relay=local, delay=160, status=bounced (can't
create user output file)

It is more frequent with local mail (i.e. within the system) but poking
through the logs, it seems that it has been bouncing non-local mail,
which is somewhat more concerning.

A thought I just had was that maybe it wasn't restarted after it was
upgraded, so I'm going to see if that makes a difference, otherwise roll
it back to the older version.
