It does depend on the list true, I guess I was generalising wrt usergroup
lists, devel lists I accept users might want help without the technical day
to day stuff.
I would *probably* ignore a request for help from a user who wouldn't
subscribe to our lists though.
I don't mind helping when I can, but I don't "owe" anyone support just
because
I have taken the time to find out about linux the hard way.
So I say trim the reply-to list and posters must be subscribed.
