look at the file type and name then choose to save it as <name>.filetype.
It is annoying that bugzilla defaults to attachment.cgi naming but the file
is
actually the correct one.
If it is a tar or bz2 file you can still uncompress it or untar it. it will
just become attachment.cgi.out during the process
