I had filed a bug for this, but the image.tar.bz2 on the install iso does
indeed have '/bin/ps', so I'm not sure why it was missing on my machine. I
assumed it failed the first update or rebuild.

Now I remember why I actually filed the bug. Dufflebank asked me to file
it because he intended to remove the dependency on 'ps' by using the /proc
filesystem directly. Should I reopen the bug as an "enhancement"?

I've asked this before but haven't heard an answer. In the meantime you
can use 'summon -url http://download.sourcemage.org/mirror/test/procps' to
summon from the smgl archive/mirror. Replace 'test' with the grimoire
branch you are using, and replace 'procps' with whatever spell you want to
summon.
