Wouldn't it be better if lib_runlevel was installed as part of sorcery, so that it could be used wherever it was needed, rather than bloating the codex in several spells?
Gee, thanks! I made that suggestion, but it was last October when things were getting crazy and I forgot to follow up on it.
I am sure that someone out there can improve the thing because it needs the GNU license statement, error checking needs to check ALL runlevels for a script as having a listing in rcS.d and a runlevel can cause problems, etc; and without it being centralized problems may ensue...
It could be added to the sorcery libraries of useful functions. Also
Casey Harkins has been working on a network manipulator script tool which he has not received much feedback on.
There are many administrative tools/scripts that are in use, it would be nice to have those available as a spell, come to think of it.
