Really? But daylight savings is not only different between hemishperes,
but between contries on the same hemisphere (albeit by a week or two as
opposed to 6 months). I always thought that UTC==GMT==zulu=>no non-local
daylight savings considerations. (Not that it affects me much, I'm at
+1300UTC, so 1800z is a horrific hour monday morning.:)
