+Subject: [PATCH] fix posix ioctl on musl

+The libv4l2 is built with posix ioctl but to make it known to
+the header the macro needs to be defined which is unfortunate.
+
+ffmpeg had it work for a while but then it broke when this
+commit was introduced:
