openssh: updated LPK patch to 5.9p1

collectd: patch to make 4.10.3 build as well as version bump to 4.10.3

It wouldn't build with new gcc, and iptc is now available as a publicly
consumable library, and is removed in the 5.x branch. I removed it here
as well, because it wasn't building.
