Can you give a reason for the revert? I really dislike reverts with no
justification. Not saying there isn't here, but at least give some
sort of reasoning. So what is the plan for libpng 1.4.3 if we revert
this DEVEL version which was defaulted to no? Figure if you reverted
with no comments you must have a plan for getting it tested.
