Basicly it's like this - quill cannot reach the wesbite by some reason
and it opens a text editor for me to *fix* the WEB_SITE. I want to
finish the update and test the spell first, so I close the text editor
and Ctl+C to skip the website check. After the update, when I close
quill, "fixed WEB_SITE" is in HISTORY. Go figure :)
