It made sense, while keeping imp in mind, to split the init system
(upstart in this case) and the smgl provided scripts separated. One can
now use either the smgl scripts, the upstream sysv compatible scripts,
imp or their own. And without jumping through flaming dependency hoops.

Don't worry Eric, it's a work in progress, just sit back and wait until
it's fully integrated with imp and has reliable scripts so one can just
cast an init system without having to worry about it's configuration :-)
