Simply: "dispel -d boost 1_35_0; cast fatrat".
Do you want to commit directly into stable? Imho this should go into
stable but according to our policy it will take one month to get there.

Fatrat 1.0 was broken in test, especially rb-libtorrent, by boost 1_36_0
so I just updated broken spell to better broken spell.
Users who want fatrat can "dispel -d boost 1_35_0". Imho it is no good
idea to revert boost in test grimoire. Sometime spells are broken in test.
I have no problem with it.
