    qt6/qt6base: add a WAYLAND sub-depends
    
    Since Qt 6.10 the wayland and wayland-client features are decided when
    qtbase is built (src/gui/configure.cmake), from whether Wayland::Client
    is found. qt6base's wayland dependency is optional and off by default on
    a fresh system, so qt6wayland then builds nothing ("ninja: no work to
    do") and spells needing Qt6WaylandClient, such as layer-shell-qt and
    lxqt-panel, fail at configure.
    
    qt6base gets a WAYLAND sub-depends that forces wayland, and the optional
    wayland dependency now passes -DQT_FEATURE_wayland=ON/OFF instead of
    relying on autodetection.
