That's something I can't guarantee :-( , that's why I'm not following up on this.
From the technical side, I'm behind on building clients for Apache-less systems... They don't build very good now, and to make that happen we'll probably need apr and apr-util spells variants that take source from CVS tip. On a bright side, I'm done patching PAM support module for Apache 2.1, so I can get correct access restrictions in place.
