Wednesday Farmers Market, today from 3pm-6pm!

At Market:

S & H Farm:
BEETS!  Roasted Beet salad (that's my dinner tonight)
Beet Greens
Lettuce Mix, Asian Mix
Swiss Chard, Kale
Lots of Fresh Herbs - try Fresh Oregano for your Grilled Chicken and Marinara Sauce

Abanitu Farm:
Kale, 3 varieties

Endive (the power-house green) EXCELLENT in salads

Stillwater Farm & Orchard:
Farm Fresh Eggs
Karen, is a local baker, who specializes in crumb cakes, pies, cookies, and candies... come meet her and sample her very special Crumb Cake.  She will only have samples available for today, Karen is working hard on starting her baking business here in town!

Cloverfield Farms & Hester Produce:
ASPARAGUS- this Spring veggie is coming to an end... come get your supply!!!  It's so fresh it lasts for weeks in your fridge (:
