Does anyone know how well versed Dr. Percy was in regard to Lancelot
Andrewes? Clearly, he's making the historical reference unmistakable in his
explanation of Lance Lamar's name, but is Andrewes theology being invoked, or is
Andrewes representative of Anglican/Episcopalian theology in general?
