I may be wrong, but I think Ryan meant to put the word 'cannot' not 'can' in his second sentence.

I would actually search out some of the interviews and articles on the man.
He is an existing guy and a person God is definitely using which can be said
for almost 95 percent of the other artists on MTV (which is not to saythere
isn't good pop/rockmusic being made "underground")
