Yes - and, we are still being original simply in taking a permaculture-centric
approach with our initial plant database. We haven't found anything that
really meets that need elsewhere, at least not in one source, thus the genesis
of this project.

By permaculture-centric I mean looking at plants from a PC perspective - their
inputs, outputs, multiple functions and (eventually) multiple relational
characteristics. We're intending to gather and make available plant
information from and for that perspective - for permaculture design
applications of/for plants (and eventually critters, etc.).

I'm not seeing them, probably because I read my mail in plain text. Some
questions re the mystery:

Are you using a Mac?
What software (what e-mail program) are you using to read, reply to and
compose messages?
Are you using HTML, RTF (Rich Text) or Microsoft Word format when composing
messages?
Do you know what character set your e-mail program uses by default?
