Hi Javier and all,

Also take in consideration about the Berne tweaking. Somehow I guess that convention has been largely surpassed by digital facts in the Internet era since last amendment to that convention in 1979 (not a lot of Internet back then, hehe).

Guess the wiki will be the best tool at this point.

I like the basics of the letter/proposal below, though it could use
some tweaking in terms of how it describes registration historically
and relative to Berne. And we should probably stick to saying
"Copyright" rather than "Intellectual Property" both for clarity and
to avoid getting beat up by certain factions. :)

I'll try to have a wiki site up on oscri.org soon where we can tweak
collaboratively, or if someone wants to do so via email, go for it.
