George,

It still may be a bit early to see evidence of the new queen (eggs/larvae). Give her another week.

Re: "seeing white larva with black heads thrown out of hive": Can you take a picture (e.g. with your cell phone) so we can see what's going on?

I have two hives started in May.  One hive produced multiple queen cells over 3 1/2 weeks ago.
At least one hatched and saw several torn open.  Did not see any larva or eggs after 1 1/2 weeks
and added a frame off brood and larva from other hive.  Now seeing drones being dragged
out of hive, and seeing white larva with black heads thrown out of hive.  Quite a bit of
activity around entrance and see pollen coming in.  Have been feeding for last month. Have
seen beetles in that hive. 
 
What does the expelling of drones mean and the white pupae? 
Some of the pupae were moving, alive.
 
Other hive seems to be fine.
