Hey All,
I am wondering if anyone has had an experience with honey super cell? I have two late swarms that are small and have about five frames drawn out. I would like to have 10 frame nucs to take into the winter, but I don't have any drawn comb, so I can't help them out. Both queens are laying well and came from a great hive that my neighbors had that just went gangbusters, so I hate to kill one to combine them. Also, I am kind of a weenie and would feel horrible for weeks.
I've been feeding them like crazy, but the comb drawing is slow. I thought maybe HSC might be an option, but it's crazy expensive, so I thought I would check in about opinions about it... or other options.
Thanks for your thoughts.
Catherine
