With 7 frames drawn, I'd say it's time to throw another box on.  Sometimes the bees will ignore the outermost frames so you may consider moving those outside unworked frames in a space or 2 and move some drawn frames to the outside positions before you put the new box on.

Sounds like you are off and running!

            I installed my package into a new hive on April 10th and released the queen on April 13th.  The bees seem to be going very strong.  I checked today and found eggs, larvae, and capped brood in a nice pattern over about 3 frames.  The bees are working on drawing out comb on the 7th foundation.  Could it be time to add the second super already?  Should I wait until a few cycles of brood hatch?
