Hi everyone,
It is often said that the simplest things in life are the most rewarding. When a mistake is involved, however, they can also be among the most frustrating...
I have no idea why, but I failed to include the proper zip code on the return address for the application form for the "Born & Bred" initiative that we announced recently. As a result, many applicants have had their forms returned as "Insufficient address". I have fixed the issue on the downloadable PDF version of the form (also attached), but unfortunately not before it has been printed in the latest version of the NCSBA newsletter.
Please disseminate this correct form to all those who may be interested. My sincerest apologies for my blatant oversight.
Sincerely, David
