What a crop!
Zestars kicked ass for once. I missed an early scab spray, but the survivors
are big
, pretty, and selling like mad! A little slow to produce... worth it. Very
productive.
Williams Pride: I might put in another 50 trees! Beautiful mahogany red,
sweet, no scab, very productive!!!!
Pristine: Awesome apple. Great sweet tart combo. Oversets like mad. Keep them
low, and thin a lot. If not, they are small and crowded, bruises....
I still have many good varieties to sell later on. Can't wait.
Imidan, Captan, and a good sprayer did the trick.
