I grow Adams, Johns, Nova, Wyldewood, and Bob Gordon varieties, all with
substantially larger berries than the wild ones. Not a big deal if yr only
picking a bit of them but for winemaking I prefer the selected varieties.
I like to use the wild elderberries for their flowers, to make an
elderflower cordial called Soccata....
