My Williams Pride also produced not just poor quality, but inedible, fruit
(in the North Carolina piedmont). They were beautiful, picture perfect
glossy red apples, but when I bit into it, I spit it out.
I'm hoping it's because it was a young tree and I'm giving it another try.
