Subject: [NAFEX] gooseberry leaves

Gooseberry leaves fell off more than a week ago. They grow early in
the spring and fall after they fruit. It frosted last night, leaves
are turning yellow. Large numbers of geese are coming south from
Canada so winter is coming. A mountain lion severely attacked two
horses near my house and the horses had to be shot.
