I bought a bundle of 25 rosa rugosa form the NH state nursery last
year. They were really cheap, but unfortunately I got what I paid for.
The plants were shipped bare root with NO packing material so
thankfully they were only in the mail one day. When they arrived a
couple were already dead and the rest were wildly variable in size.
All of the remaining plants survived their first year, but I had to
baby them a lot and think that I would have been better off paying a
bit more somewhere else. Maybe others have had better luck?
