Murph,

I have just finished apple grafting in Zone 7 - did my first grafts a week ago.  I do my apple grafting when I see the apple tree buds first start to swell, I don't start earlier because I don't have a cold room to store the grafts and keep them above freezing.  Now I can keep them against the north side of the house and they will do OK.

Hi guys;

Is now the right time to graft apples in zone 6 MA?
First time trying.
