There really isn't any definitive answers on how quickly various pesticides
degrade in their containers because there are multiple variables involved
(temperature, sunlight, etc). They don't just go bad, they degrade slowly
and become less effective.

Since all hort oil does is smother the insects, the shelf life is probably
indefinite. I suppose the emulsifiers could break down, but I doubt it. If
you don't use it, it'll probably out last its container.
