Scratch that. After looking at their offerings, Old Stone is most likely not the winery I was thinking of. The Vintner in question only produced muscadine table wines. Old Stone apparently doesn't produce any dry muscadine wines. Thanks anyway.

Thanks. I think that's the one I was thinking of. It was featured on a TV show several years ago and i've been trying to tellpeople they can make excellent wine with the right muscadine varieties, but they don't believe me.

I remember seeing a piece on a muscadine winery in Carolina that made purportedly awesome table wines from muscadine varietals. For the most part, muscadine volunteers are a weed problem for me here, but I would be interested to know what varietals make good table wines instead of the really sweet wines that everyone in Louisiana seems to make. (They may not be Muscadine volunteers because the wild grapes do form in bunches, but I have never let them ripen. I assumed they were probably worthless.)
