The biggest pest to my blueberries (and strawberries) is a three-year-old Walker's coon hound. He loves the ripe and semi-ripe berries and can pick them off the branches without even disturbing a leaf. SWMBO won't let me kennel him in a corner of the yard, so I just have to wait until the blueberries out grow him. I've never tried fox urine, but there is enough dog urine around that I would think it had the same effect. None.

Get a wire live trap like hav-a-heart.  Depending on the size you'll
easily trap all the rodents in your yard. Submerge the trap and
occupant in a tub of water to exterminate. Foxes do eat fruit.
