We have Lehman's 16T cherry pitter and have used it for maybe 10 years. It is a wheel that is hand cranked, seeds (and juice for wine) come out the bottom and cherries out the back. It isn't 100%, that is some seeds slip through. But it is fast and I'd say we can pit 20 pounds/hr. It is a little tricky as the shaft is lose but believe necessary as not all seeds are the exact same size. Maybe twice a minute two large seeds get in at the same time and hangs up the wheel. Simply reverse slightly and start cranking again. We have had other types, but like this one best.  Just chew easy when eating the fruit because some seeds will slip through. Never broke a tooth yet.
