Thanks for the comments on Honeycrisp in warmer climates. I have one apple tree now (Queen Cox) and according to Raintree, Honeycrisp would be pollinated by that tree. The advice on supplemental calcium was very helpful. I will certainly try that if we add a Honeycrisp.
Speaking of pollinators...does Honeycrisp have any preferred pollinators?
Also, anyone else have a Queen Cox? Ours is two years old and has not flowered yet, but is growing well.
