- Subject: [NAFEX] Use for Harvest Apples
- Date: Wed, 1 Aug 2007 17:33:24 -0400
I don't know what a harvest apple is.
I DO know about my Yellow Transparent apples. (I have a tree)
Here's a great recipe:
Give them to the kids for batting practice !
They explode really cool!
Yes, you get fruit in August. Big, good looking fruits!
Too bad it's crap. Have something exciting like Cream of Wheat.
The tree itself is strong and vigorous; nice angled branches, tough
tree.
The Williams Prides I got up north are doing well, as are the Pristines and
Rambos.
The YT was a good tree to try, but for me, a disappointment.
