Does anyone know a source for scion wood for a wickson crab? I'm just finishing off the batch I bought in September, and
I'm impressed not just with the flavor (still excellent) but also with how well they held up in my fridge. About half of them are stil crisp and worth eating out of hand. (The others I cut up into a pie.) They are a nuisance to eat and process, being so small, but they are awfully tasty, and hard to find.
thanks,
