Tanis, I was the one who sent you the URLs about identifying apples. They originally appeared in the magazine of the New Zealand Tree Crop Association, Issue 43, 2005. I never tried the 'AppleKey' one because I don't use any Microsoft applications, but all the other links were working the last time I checked.
