Water it thoroughly once a week. It will sprout new leaves.

Subject: [NAFEX] Salvaging young pear tree

I have a pear tree planted early this spring that was visited by an escaped goat.  She managed to strip the leaves before I caught her.

Is there something I can do to help this tree survive and regrow (in addition to putting a fence around it to keep goats out)?  Extra water?  Fertilizer?  Thanks.
