A little tip for you fruit people to try...

Save the seed and pulp that you usually throw out of
you food mill or juicer and put it in the fridge or
dry it out.  This cold nippy morning.   I put it in my
leftover autumn olive pulp in  french press coffee
maker and have nice light tea from it. Its great with
a shot cranberry juice.

Im all about second use stuff!
