Beta Testing just means it isn't the final version of the computer program. Usually, when it is a Beta system, they mean that MOST of the bugs are out, but some might show up and it's usually appreciated if you will report them.

But what is meant by "beta testing"? Does that mean we should be sending comments/Qs re the database to the Home Orchard Society? (My only Q currently: what would it take to set up databases for pear, peach, plum, apricot...)
